The Body Partner Spine Align T Shirt has to be a tight fit to do its job properly. You should feel the T-Shirt correcting your posture as soon as you put it on. The focus is on the restrictive band that starts from the back and runs over the shoulders. If you have too much sag in this band then it won’t hold you in the correct position. As long as this band lays flat to the body, you will feel its restrictive pull as your posture starts to deteriorate and your shoulders and neck slump forward.  The Spine Align T Shirt is designed to become slightly uncomfortable if your posture isn’t held correctly, but that discomfort will disappear as your straighten up and hold yourself upright.

 

How to wear

 

We recommend gradually increasing the duration of wear, starting from 1 hour and working up to no more than 4 hours at a time. The point of the Body Partner is to activate postural muscles that haven’t been used due to the poor posture.  The reactivating of these muscles can cause fatigue and ache, hence the incremental build to maximum wear duration.
